Navi Sandhu III is a North Carolina criminal defense and personal injury attorney and the founder of Sandhu Law PLLC. Born and raised in the central part of North Carolina, Navi brings a deep understanding of local courts, law enforcement practices, and community values to every case he handles. Following law school, Navi completed extensive post-graduate legal education at the UNC School of Government. Navi has advanced credentials in DWI/DUI defense that distinguish him from many other North Carolina defense attorneys. He is certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST), ARIDE (Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement), and DRE (Drug Recognition Expert), and has completed the SFST Instructor Course.
